Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn footwear or apparel in the original box, secure it in a shipping container, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
